Discover the history and rich historical background of Puerto Princesa, the capital of Palawan, thanks to this historical city tour!

Program:

The tour will start at the time of your choice, between 7:00AM and 11:00AM, with a pick up at your accommodation (or the airport). Our air conditioned van will then start you journey through history in Puerto Princesa with a stop in Plaza Cuartel and Immaculate Conception Cathedral.

After that, the tour will continue to the Palawan Heritage Center, where you’ll discover more about the history of the island since the prehistorical times. Our next stop will be in Palawan WW2 Museum, where you’ll discover the private collection of a former military and descendant of the Palawan Battalion.

We’ll soon drive to Viet Village, where you’ll discover the village that Vietnamese refugees built in the 1970’s when they fled the war in their country. If you started your tour early enough, we’ll suggest you to take your lunch in the delicious restaurant located at the entrance of the village.

We’ll then go to Butterfly Eco-Garden & Tribal Village where you’ll get to witness the cultural sharing from Palaw’an people and discover their arts and crafts. Before dropping you off at your hotel, we’ll finally stop in Binuatan Creations, where you’ll see the traditional weavers work their craft and can even try it by yourself!

The van will then drop you off at your hotel within Puerto Princesa City (proper) after the tour.

Confirmation deposit and booking:

In order to book this tour, you simply need to pay a 30% confirmation deposit today. You’ll be able to settle the remaining balance on the day of your tour upon pick-up or on the day prior by coming to our office in Puerto Princesa.
