Description
Port Barton Tour A is the classic island hopping tour in Port Barton, San Vicente, Palawan. Also known as “The Essential”, it brings you in one day to six of the best spots of Port Barton Bay: white sand islands and sandbars, two of the richest reefs of the area, and a sea turtle sanctuary.
It is also the only tour of the bay running as a shared, join-in group: the other routes, Tour B, “Reefs & Beaches” and Tour C, “Beaches & Sandbars”, currently sail as private charters.
Itinerary
The tour starts with the hotel pickup around 8:45 AM in Port Barton and brings you back around 5:00 PM. Here are the stops of the day:
- Starfish Island & Sandbar
- Twin Reef
- Peña Plata Island (buffet lunch on the beach)
- Exotic Island or Maxima Island
- Turtle Sanctuary
- Wide Reef
The exact order of the stops can change with the tide and the sea conditions. On the rare days when the coast guard closes the outer bay, the tour runs on the sheltered islands and snorkeling spots inside the cove instead.

Port Barton Tour A Rate:
Confirmation Deposit and Remaining Balance:
In order to organise and confirm your booking, you only pay a 25% confirmation deposit today. The remaining balance will have to be settled in cash once you’re in Port Barton, before the start of the tour. If the tour was to be cancelled because of the weather or the coast guard, you can reschedule it for another date, get a credit for another tour, or get a full refund.
Hotel Pickup and Tour Organiser:
Your booking includes a free hotel pickup from our partner tour organiser in Port Barton. The tour itself will be organised by them. We only work with a couple of tour organisers in Palawan, which are selected carefully upon our service criteria and upon our previous guests feedbacks.
The pickup at your accommodation will happen around 8:45 AM. If you’re staying outside of Port Barton proper, please contact us before booking your tour: we won’t always be able to organise your pickup, or it may involve an additional fee that must be determined ahead with you.
Additional Informations:
After your booking, you will receive a recap email containing the details of your reservation. We will also send you an email with all practical informations about your pickup and your tour.
