Pay your remaining balance online
The fastest and cheapest way to settle the remaining balance of your booking is with Wise — you get the real exchange rate and avoid the high ATM and credit-card fees charged in the Philippines. We kindly ask doing it at least 7 days before your departure, and you can take care of it right now by following the steps below.
How to pay with Wise
- Visit https://www.elnidoparadise.com/wise (this link makes your first transfer free of charge).
- Create your account and fill in your details.
- Start a new payment.
- In the “Recipient gets” field, enter the exact amount of your remaining balance in PHP (shown in your booking confirmation email).
- In the note / reference field, enter your order number (also in your confirmation email).
- Send the payment to our Wise account: @tropicalparadisetravelandtours
- Make sure to include our email address ([email protected]) in the transfer details — this speeds up the verification on our side.
- Once done, reply to your confirmation email with the Wise sharing link so we can confirm we received it.

Prefer cash or a bank transfer?
You can also settle your balance in cash at our office, at least 1 day before departure. If you would rather pay by direct bank transfer (BPI, BDO or Security Bank), simply reply to your booking confirmation email and we will send you the account details.
